About the Role

We’re excited to announce that Acre Lou is currently looking for a Social Media and Marketing Assistant who is a driven, creative individual eager to dive into a dynamic role within our rapidly-growing fashion startup.

Approaching our 1-year anniversary, we’re entering an exciting growth phase and building a team of headstrong, purpose-driven individuals who share our ambition and drive to push boundaries and create something truly unique.

This is more than just a casual job, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting Acre Lou’s story and growth. As one of our very first hires, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Acre Lou’s identity, voice, and digital presence. No two days will be the same; flexibility, a hands-on approach, and enthusiasm for switching between creative, strategic, and operational tasks are essential for this role.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Content ideation, shooting, editing and scheduling across various platforms.
• Staying on top of TikTok and Instagram trends to pitch creative concepts.
• Filming and appearing in content — Must be confident in front of camera.
• Working with other creators on mini campaigns for social media content.
• Assisting with content calendars, product launches, and brand campaigns.
• Creating lo-fi, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and editorial-style video/photo content.
• Running Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads and Google Ads. Experience preferred.
• Planning and creating email marketing campaigns.
• Designing visual assets using Canva, Adobe Suite or similar tools

About You:

• You live and breathe Tik Tok and are actively online. From trends to editing to culture.
• Have a good eye for creative direction and branding. Ensuring all content will speak to the brand identity cohesively.
• You have strong video editing and content creation skills.
• You’re self-motivated, creative, and thrive working independently and one on one.
• You’re flexible and willing to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• You’re open to learning areas outside your job scope to support the brand.
• No formal experience necessary — We are learning and growing as we go and want you to grow with us! just show us what you can do!
• Must have your own a laptop, iphone, and a strong internet connection as majority of your work will be done remotely.
